KHCONF Service
KHCONF services are provided in the US with three service options, based on the number of connections needed. Select the 10, 20 or 30 user package, and more connections can be added as needed.The standard service includes video streaming capabilities. Users receive an invite via email, and can view the meeting on any device with a web browser or on a Roku device.
Locations without video equipment can stream the audio portion of their meeting, and users at locations with no Internet connection can listen to the meeting over the telephone. A local number for a telephone connection is available in about 85% of the US. If available, the local number can be added at no additional charge.
If your congregation is currently using KHCONF, please do not place an order for new service. If you have questions about KHCONF capabilities, please email KHCONF.US@bethel.jw.org and our team will answer your questions as soon as possible.
