What is KHCONF?

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have increased the capacity for each congregation to 250 connections. No action is required on your part to use the additional capacity.

KHCONF is a specialized Internet-based audio and video streaming service created just for congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses. It is used to assist those who are unable to attend congregation meetings in person.

Users connect to KHCONF via web browser using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. If the user does not have enough Internet bandwidth to view the full video stream, they can choose to listen into the audio portion only. In some locations, users without Internet service can connect and listen into the meeting by calling a local telephone number. A low bandwidth option is also available for congregations that are unable to use video features.

For those who live in the United States, Canada, and Britain branch territories, your congregation elders may sign up by selecting your country name from the drop-down box below and selecting Tell Me More.

If you live outside of the United States, Canada, or Britain branch territories, please contact your local branch office for information on how to sign up for this service.
